Harvest Fine Foods is all set to take center stage as the sponsor of the Dining Experience award in the upcoming Southampton Star Awards (SOStar Awards).

Based in Totton, Harvest Fine Foods supplies fresh, chilled and frozen produce, and non-food items, to a wide range of trade customers. As members of the Country Range Group, Harvest has access to more than 800 own-brand products designed to deliver ‘best value in use’ to the professional caterer, and is committed to supporting British farmers and local producers wherever possible.

Steve Whitwam, Sales & Marketing Director, Harvest Fine Foods, said: “We are delighted to be involved with the SOStar Awards. The Dining Experience award is an ideal fit for us because we deliver to pubs and restaurants throughout the SO postcode region. We know many of these venues, but are really looking forward to discovering new businesses with the right mix of ingredients to become the Dining Experience 2020 winner.”

The SOStar Awards were launched in 2019 to honour and bring public recognition for varied achievements and positive contributions from professionals working across the hospitality, tourism, retail and business sector. There are 23 award categories ranging from Dining Experience, Attraction, Chef, Customer Service, Education & Mentoring, Event, Night Time Experience, New Business, Shopping Experience, Rising Star and Leading Star. The full range of categories can be found on the website  www.sostars.co.uk

The closing date for entries is early December, followed by a semi-final event in February 2020. The winners will be announced at a gala dinner early Spring 2020.

The 2020 awards are supported by sponsors including Harvest Fine Foods, A-One Insurance Group, DA Training & Consultancy, ELIS, Meridian Lifts, Ange’s Brows, Radio Taxis and partners Wave105, Warner’s, Double Dutch and Signable.
